We want you to love your PhaseEleve11 purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Change of Mind

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if an item is no longer needed. Please refer carefully to our size guide before purchasing.

🔁 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at admin@phaseeleve11.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

To assist with your return, we may request photos and a brief description of the issue.

🔒 Hygiene & Intimates Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn or tried-on bras or undergarments unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at admin@phaseeleve11.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
